Week 26 That Was The Week That Was

Life has its 'Ups and Downs'

The Everton manager criticised his team for inconsistency
But wasn't it he who changed half of a winning team?
He had instructed them to replicate Swansea's playing style
Giving them at least a whole day to practice it would seem?

Mourinho dropped Pogba but it wasn't a punishment necessarily
On the day the club commemorated the Munich 60th anniversary.
Having a go at the Old Trafford crowd once again he could pay the price.
When he says 'It's a quiet stadium but the pitch is big and the grass is nice'.

Man City stuttered against Burnley as many have done before
Sterling missed a sitter and Gary Neville said the bench was poor.
Liverpool attack both Kane and the officials after losing a lead twice.
But all claims would seem unfounded, just a final throw of the dice?
The Chelsea team were beaten 4-1 at Watford which was quite a surprise
Were their players mimicking Everton?  I just couldn't believe my eyes!
Mahrez will not honour his contract with Leicester and still refuses to play.
This club brought him from nowhere and put him on the map to be on so much pay!
